由公車來,在前往宋井風景區途中,雖途經多間食肆,但遊人不多,食客因而較為稀少,最後經點評選擇了公車前不遠,后興路口的海濱小炒夜宵燒烤店,點了一個雙人海鮮套餐(148元)。
首先上桌的是魚丸海菜湯。在前來汕頭前,對海菜是什麼全不知曉,相信同屬海藻類的食材,殊不知是擁有「素菜之珍」的美譽,口感爽脆有嚼感,配上彈牙可口的魚丸,味道不錯。接着的柴菜炒飯,並不差於深圳南澳的海膽炒飯,只是下油多了一點而已。
至於扇貝粉絲(6個)和椒鹽蝦的個子都是偏少,但都是新鮮貨色,這個價錢,足矣,更何況還有一大碟的清蒸生蠔,剛開殼,蒸得剛好的蠔肉,在沒有調味料下更能感受到蠔的鮮味。 至於青菜並非只有十數棵,而是整碟的份量,惟同樣是下油較多了。
