上午0830時來到深圳北站，原打算到站外的美食廣場進食早餐，惟看到食客較多外，多間食店的坐椅亦不多，尤其是一客早餐收費亦逾30元，便折返站內找吃。
剛才路經入口，未有看到人多，惟數分鐘後回來，每個門口都有10多人排隊，相信接着下來的旅客人數會愈來愈多。花10多分鐘安檢，進站後便往二樓的食坊，最後選了較為熟悉的遇見小麵點餐。
分別點了一客銷雲擂椒鹵肉麵套餐(42.8元)和軟骨丸子酸湯麵套餐(44.7元)，價錢較蓮塘口岸不用10元的葱油麵毋擬貴得多，但配料還算美味和豐富，還有開胃小菜和酸梅湯。其中酸湯麵是酸菜魚味道，而毫不好看的肉丸，外表是一層炸脆口感，但內裏頗為鮮嫰，不錯。
