晚上1915時抵達台中其中一間屋馬燒肉(園邸店)，經美侖美奐的酒店大堂到二樓，門外已有多人等候，幸已預訂1930時入座，不用多久便獲安排入座。就座後，服務員熱心有禮，除擺放餐具用品外，還奉上一壼免費雞湯，味道甚佳。
來到屋馬，一般食客都是點吃套餐，最後選擇了一個2280元的豪華牛小排雙人套餐(加單後承惠2942元另服務費294元)，主打食材是燒肉三層盤，包括味道出眾的和牛厚切、小牛排、安格斯牛排、松板豚、翼板豬扒，另有杏鮑菇、櫻桃鴨、凱撒屋馬主廚沙拉的胡麻沙拉、泡菜，而私房小菜應是南瓜泥，但口感麻麻，還有無骨雞、干貝海鮮粥、鯖魚、北海道干貝和生菜等。價格雖略貴，但符合高級餐廳的水平。
由於臨近母親節，屋馬送購了一個「生日板」，特色的購圖上附有兩杯黑蜜糖核桃重乳霜淇淋，可說是店家的一點心意。總結來說，屋馬的燒肉好吃，特別是沒有淹漬的牛肉十分鮮嫰， 牛味重，與昨晚的海底撈火鍋比較，可說是各擅勝場，但個人認為屋馬的原汁原味更佳。
