依山而建，由15米高的如來佛祖像所在一端啟步的勸世園，以「勸世園中明真理，教化後人知覺醒；行善積德莫作惡，免墮地獄受苦行」為主題，勸世人眾善奉行。
沿斜路而上，經專管人間壽命的一殿秦廣王、二殿楚江王、三殿宋帝王、地藏王菩薩、四殿五官王、五殿閻羅天子司、六殿卞城王、八殿都市王、九殿平等王、十殿轉輪王後，來到觀音大使立像下，再前往孫悟空的花果山至，勸世園之行方告結束。
