午後在林口三井OUTLET附近找吃，捨商場內動徹數百元的主題餐廳，以及美食廣場約200多元的一個套餐，來到兩街之隔的合浦，品嚐一下地道的刀削麵，點選了一客牛肚麵，以及一個牛肉麵加一碟涼菜的套餐。
對於台灣的刀削麵，記憶尤深的莫過於捷運竹圍站對面即製的刀削麵。或許是不習慣北方人的口味，稍覺粗闊而帶硬性的麵條，感覺上不及南方幼嫩的麵條好吃。
幸而合浦的刀削麵屬預製幼身的條狀，吃起來可說是粗中帶細，頗有好感，尤其是牛肚十分惹味，而牛肉亦恰如其份。至於牛肉湯底味濃，但略帶鹹，仍有改善空間。總結而言，100多元的麵食，十分化算。
